If the buyer felt that the item was severely damaged during delivery, kindly use the official channel provided by the platform to file for a claim/dispute.

Returns
We don't manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. Stocks can be changed at any moment. It is possible that stock may run out after the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
The item should not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
